Heather Moline
NW Energy Coalition Policy Associate
I'm a policy analyst and advocate with a background in international development, popular education, faith-based and racial justice organizing. Before NW Energy Coalition, I worked for Renewable Northwest, and received a master’s in policy analysis from Oregon State.
I'm interested in:
-Advancing justice, diversity, equity and inclusion in environmental and energy decision making, especially at the state and regional policy level,
-Public participation in the policy process;
-Advancing Governor Brown's Executive Order 20-04 through robust implementation at the PUC and ODOE,
-Distribution system planning and equitable distributed energy resource valuation,
-The food-water-energy nexus;
-Big data access and visualization.
