John Hobbs
Oregon Department of Energy Project Development Officer
John Hobbs is a Project Development Officer with Oregon Department of Energy. Mr. Hobbs administers the agency’s energy incentive programs including the Oregon Solar + Storage Rebate Program and the Small-Scale Energy Loan Program. Prior to joining the department, Mr. Hobbs worked for 15 years in Oregon community financial institutions. John earned a BA in Economics from the University of Oregon.
