Steve Sefchick is the principal owner and head of engineering at Phase3PV. He has been working in the solar industry for 15 years in both manufacturing and installation companies. Throughout his career he has held a variety of positions including instructor, sales person, designer, project manager, installer, inspector, operation and maintenance, module quality & reliability and forensic analyst. His boots on the ground experience ranges from small off-grid projects to utility scale projects. Steve currently holds a Limited Renewable Technician (LRT) license in the state of Oregon. He has volunteered as a Standard Technical Panel Member for the UL and is currently an OSEIA board member.

When he is not working on a solar project he likes to enjoy the great outdoors with his family or ride his skateboard.
