Shadea Mitchell is the Head of Client Success for Virtual Peaker, a cloud-based software provider that is helping realize the utility of the future through harnessing distributed energy resources. She ensures clients have support, training, and guidance to use Virtual Peaker's software, coordinates on program rollouts, and manages device partner relationships. She earned her Master of Public Affairs in Policy Analysis and Economic Development from Indiana University's O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, and her Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology and Political Science from the University of Louisville. Shadea is also a Fulbright alumni, and served as an AmeriCorps VISTA. She lives in Louisville, KY with her husband and two young children.
